Peppermint ice cream sandwich. With homemade peppermint ice cream and homemade chocolate "bread."
What do you call the bread in ice cream sandwiches anyway? Cake? Cookies?
I'm guessing it will taste something like a peppermint patty, except creamy, and better!

Looks good! We'll just switch out crisco filling for ice cream! And hope those cookies freeze well. I also want to try them with straight up dark chocolate disks. And (separately) cover the ice cream entirely in chocolate and make little frozen chocolate balls with peppermint inside! Any ideas on how to accomplish that?!
